Description:
Picture of Mundt quarry which was purchased from Mattie Mattison in 1934 by Emil Mundt who continued operation for twenty-five years. The quarry employed about ten men. The granite was shipped to a finishing plant in Menomonie, Michigan, what was owned and operated by Emil and his son, Louis Mundt.
