Link and pin railroad car coupler commonly used on narrow gage lumber camp railroads found near Taylor Rapids.

Unlike the modern train couplers used to connect cars together, this one was connected by dropping a pin through the round hole which went through an oval shaped link that connected to the other car. These couplers were used on narrow guage railroads that hauled logs out of the forests.
