Jewett's Special wood cook stove model number 9A with four removable lids. One lid has two additional lids that may be removed. There is an oven with two side doors for access. The stove has a water reservoir in the back with a removable lid on top.

A cookstove like this was important in a small lumber camp. It was used to fry the bacon, bake the bread, heat the cook shack, heat water to wash up, and even keep the socks dry.
